III. THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BITCH ARE AS FOLLOWS:

A. She must be at least 15 months of age

B. She must be of type and quality to successfully compete in conformation, as determined by stud dog owner. She must not have any disqualifying faults according to the NBA written standard.
PRIOR to the proposed breeding--Owner of the bitch will provide to the owner of the stud dog the following:

a. Copy of NBA (or equivalent) Registration.

b. Copy of Three-generation pedigree.

c. Photos of the bitch (if stud dog owner is unable to see her prior to breeding).

d. Current veterinarian signed certificate, (within ten days prior to breeding) stating that the bitch has tested negative to Brucellosis and Staff Infection, before breeding will be allowed.

By their mutual signatures, both owner of the future Sire and Dam of this proposed litter attest that their dogs are healthy and free of parasites to the best of their respective knowledge.

Stud fee to be paid as follows:

$_______________(Cash or money order payable to Anderson Bulldogges "non-refundable") *If the bitch is delivered by the owner or agent the stud fee is paid upon the completion of a (i.e. one) successful breeding. *If the bitch is shipped, then the stud fee must be in the hands of the owner prior to breeding.

At no time will a Litter Application be signed by the stud dog owner if the stud fee has not been paid in full.

If the bitch is proven not to be pregnant by a veterinarian after rendored stud service, Anderson Bulldogges will provide a repeat breeding to the same stud on the bitch's next heat cycle at no charge. The bitch owner must have documented proof from a veterinarian stating that the bitch is not pregnant prior to whelping, including the bitch's registered name, color/markings and DOB. Either ultrasound (at approximately 25 days after breeding) or X-ray (at approximately 50 days after breeding) are acceptable methods of determining whether the breeding did or did not take.

Bitch owner warrants that the bitch has not been exposed to any other stud prior to her arrival, and she will be protected from all such exposure upon her return home.
Stud owner is not responsible for the injury to bitch if any should occur while in the act of breeding. It is agreed that the bitch owner shall be responsible for any and all expenses relating to the stud service or return stud service, including, but not limited to: Transportation and delivery to the stud owner and any and all veterinary expenses incurred while the bitch is in the care of the stud owner. *There will be NO CHARGE for boarding the bitch during breeding. Such expenses will be paid in full before the bitch is released by the stud dog owner to the breeder.

By signing this contract, the bitch owner agrees that the puppies will be placed in proper homes. No sale of puppies will be made to any individual connected with a wholesaler or broker, to pet shops, guard or attack businesses, puppy mills and/or any person(s) associated with said activities.

Bitch owner agrees that the stud fee is payable for the services of the stud dog, and other than the above no warrantees have been made or implied.
